Construct Twist Layers Moire Structure

When two single layers of 2D material are stacked on top of each other with an angle, they produce a moire pattern with large periodicity. When three single 2D layers stacked, there may be a super moire. It's the moire of 1-2 layer moire and 2-3 layer moire.In this talk, I will introduce how to construct twisted moire structure.First, I shall begin with homo bilayers structure, for example, twisted bilayer graphene (TBG). In this section, I will introduce how to construct TBG with different twist angle. Then, I will introduce the hetero bilayer structure using Graphene/hBN.Finally, I will introduce the trilayer super moire structures. Here I will show TBG/hBN trilayer as an example.
